Participate in Our Festival!

If you would like to be a part of the 2024 South Pacific Island Festival, we would love to have you! Please fill out our form and we will be able to send additional information.

Now accepting requests for vendors, live entertainment, volunteers, and sponsorship/donation opportunities.

The first vendor review will be December 8th and done by postmarked date as well as vendor fee payment clearance. Applications must be filled completely and full payment in Cashier’s Check or Money Order (no other form of payment is accepted) must be made for consideration. You will be notified by email upon approval. It is advisable for new vendors to be detailed and descriptive of the products you plan to bring. It is very helpful to send pictures. Our Committee’s goal is to make sure that no other vendor will be selling what you will be selling. Application deadline is the postmarked date, December 15, 2023 and no applications as well as payment will be taken after the deadline.

The South Pacific Island Festival is FREE. Our goal is to keep our Festival Free for years to come as we continue to share the Culture and Traditions from the South Pacific Islands.
